Why do we feel that studying an MBBS in India is better than studying in the higher ranked, quality

For starters you will have to clear screening exam which is mandatory for students studying from abroad. And when you come back to India you don't have same set of friends to pursue for PG entrance exams which can again be slightly problematic. Then you don't have any idea about which coaching institute is good, what are good job avenue whether to write DNB or PG exams? Which are good medical colleges and lastly students who have done MBBS from abroad are always looked upon as inferior class. Trust me I have myself gone through this so, thats my personal experience.
