I will be answering this question from the point of view of an Indian student. Among these 2 universities, Vinnitsa National Medical University has graduates from India and I personally know Indian doctors who went to VNMU about 25 years ago. Kazakhstan’s FMGE passing percentage has been poor and Al Farabi has recently been listed by MCI as a recognised college. There is no surety about the quality of education there.
