What about to pursue MBBS in foreign countries?

Useless. You are not allowed proper interaction with patients like in india. The foreign countries have different spectrum of diseases which are uncommon in india. The orientation in medical education differs.

Also after the graduation if you want to practise in india, you will have to pass FMGE examination in india, only after which you will get a license to practice in India.
