You can go ahead and do MBBS in Russia from Universities recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI).
Then you will be eligible to practice in India after clearing the MCI Screening Test.
Please note Russian Medical Universities follow bi-lingual (dual medium of instruction - English & Russian) method of teaching. Indian Embassy in Russia has issued an advisory cautioning students.

In my opinion it is better to go for MBBS studies in countries which teach the entire 6 years in English Medium.
Such options are available in Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines and in some Universities of China.
