First, we need to be reminded that undergraduate medical studies in all Korean Universities are in Korean language. So if you don't know Korean language you can't study Mbbs in Korea. Also as far as i know Korean Universities don't offer mbbs course, instead they offee MD course, which is equivalent to mbbs.
Like every other country, getting admission to medical school is real tough in Korea for licals. And for foreigners, i think there is no organization which can fund for your one year Korean language class and seven years of MD course.
