Is studying abroad better than studying in India?

Education in India is good till 12th grade. It's way better than USA in every aspect.

Come bachelors and above, we take a nosedive. The difference arises in infrastructure, methodology and motivation.

We stress on more content and less knowledge. That doesn't yield good results. Education should evolve with time and technology. We aren't and developed nations are. That's the difference.
