How can I get a full scholarship in a medical college in the UK?

In the nicest way possible, I don't think you understand the situation.

Many, many UK students apply for Medicine courses every year. They require near perfect grades and a very small percentage of applicants are accepted. They have to take out student loans to pay for fees and accommodation, so finish their courses with huge debts.

A very few places are reserved for international students. The fees are enormous; but even so, thousands of applicants compete for each place.
