Join any college you like. Almost every facility is available in all colleges and almost every college has some disadvantages. Don't listen to anyone. Each person will present a eulogy about their respective institutes because everyone is filled with superiority complex and has to justify their decision. You will get good nerds even in last ranked private college and idiots even in a top Delhi college. And frankly speaking, even the asker of this question wants to fulfill his/her ego by choosing the college having best public and peer opinion. Remember, choosing the best doesn't make you any successful. You have torture yourself 20 times more in MBBS than you did to yourself during PMT preparation.
