I have watched alot of osmosis videos ( free ones off course) in my UG days. Some of them were really great. Whenever I was about to read a new topic from the book, I would first watch a osmosis video on that topic, if there was one, just for a quick overview. So ya, I used it's videos for an overview but never as a source of my notes. In case you don't get the time to read any topic just before the exam, you can watch a quick osmosis video, because as our professors have told us it's better to write something than nothing in the exams.
Thanks for reading!
