First of all, there is no such thing as an MBBS degree in USA. They have a single MD or DO degree for doctors. So if you want to study medicine in the US, first you have got to complete an undergrad degree in a science subject(like biotech for example) and then give the MCAT. Based on that test, you'll get admission into a university for an MD or DO(depending on your choice). It will be extremely expensive for sure, because you're spending for two degrees to practice medicine. The average undergrad degree will cost around $40,000 to $50,000 a year for four years so approx, $200,000. Furthermore, an MD course will set you back by approximately $250,000. That’s $450,000 total! If you're not a US citizen, it will be tough, no doubt. You'll need to spend even more money due to living costs and miscellaneous costs as well.
