What are the requirements for management quota in MBBS?
The Candidate must be eligible for appearing in NEET examination
Eligibility -
The candidate must have passed 10+2 or Equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry Biology / Biotech and English as core subject from a recognised board
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2021
As the maximum age limit decision is is pending there is no upper age limit
Only Indian students are eligible to take management quota seat admission
NEET Qualifying Marks
UR - 50%
SC/ST/OBC - 40%
Physically Handicapped - 45%
Any Indian Candidate who has Qualified NEET are eligible to take management quota
Different state have different kind of distribution for giving seats to the candidates
but in general there is merit quota seat, management quota and NRI quota
the process to get all the seats is same
A candidate has to appear in NEET and qualify the exam and attend central counseling or state counseling which ever state a candidate is interested
only difference between management and Merit quota is the amount of the fee structure
management quota fees are much higher than merit quota seats
there are many Medical Colleges (including Top Medical colleges ) in Karnataka, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh where we can do admission in management and NRI quota at the least price
