Frankly speaking route after PLAB is not very easy. I have seen people giving 200 or more interviews to get their first role in NHS. The life of a junior doctor in NHS is very difficult to live. The best thing is go for your PG is India and meanwhile start preparing for the Royal College exam (MRCS, MRCP) etc. By the time you will complete your PG degree you will be able to complete some part of the Royal college degree then you can either opt for an MTI fellowship or complete the whole royal college exam and start from the senior level in NHS.
Doctors are handsomely paid in India as well and many doctors earn more than doctors in the UK.
