Responding to A2A.
GREAT question because odds are against being admitted to med school.
However, the answer will vary with the person: interests, abilities, where he is going to live…
Med school does NOT require someone to have a science degree. ALL degree options WITH the pre-req science courses are acceptable.
Ask yourself if you don’t get into med school (and also how many times would you try? Just once or for a few years?) what would you enjoy doing and that is how you find YOUR answer.
If you still want to be in the field of medicine, could be a degree allowing you to be a radiology tech or a pharmacist or a physical therapist or something along those lines would work for you.
Look at your interests. Consider what your minor is or even getting a double major so you have two bachelors degrees.
You have many options. If you have a Plan B, that does not harm your shot at med school and if you’re delayed or unsuccessful, you won’t have regrets that you do have another strong, developed interest.
