Well, having a career in Medicine is always an excellent choice, but, only if you basically want to commit to a career for Life, that will impose the heaviest demands on you, and your family.
AI & Robots will NOT be replacing Medical Doctors, due to it’s inherent and mind-full Application, Complexity & Dexterity.
AI & Robots will be and are becoming useful tools, but only as extensions of physicians, and surgery.
Now, beyond the year 5000 AD, it may be quite different, but for right now … You have Other Things to worry about … like Pre-med, CGPA & ace-ing the MCAT.
