My sympathies!! MBBS is one of the toughest professional course and it's very different what we study in our +2. Don't linger to the failing part instead look ahead. Prepare for the next attempt. Try to make out where you went wrong , lots of times we do know what we lacked in and put in extra effort. Also study strategically, focus more on the topics relevant to the exam. Take help from ur seniors and demonstrators ( they do know about passing the exam). Most of all utilise ur time well. And don't forget u got into MBBS which in itself is an ordeal so remember that whenever u r feeling low. Trust me clinicals are much more interesting and I definitely found them easier to study coz of the interest so look forward for it.
