I think you’re unlikely to be admitted to MD programs in the US. The GPA screening cut off is a 3.0 at most places so your application will get thrown out. As I tell other students, It’s easy to find someone with a compelling story and a great transcript so exceptions are rare.
your best bet is to apply DO. I think you’d have a chance at some of those school.
