I am not going to be biased answering your question. It's better to go for an institution that has been there around for sometime. As a ex Mullerian, I can say confidently Mullers has some really good teachers, facilities and a never ending inflow of patients.Cons: the fees and the hierachial system. The newer government colleges would have more than enough case load I guess but I doubt the academics part though.
Pros: Low fees
