Hi, Though it is next to impossible to get into a government medical college in India with marks around 119–200, without any quota or reservations, you are still a NEET qualified student and you can apply for MBBS admission in abroad. As NEXT will now be a common exit test for every student, it is no longer worth it to spend Rs.1–2 crore on a private medical seat in India when you can complete your MBBS degree from abroad in about Rs.20–30 lakh.
